Southeast Restoration Group in Knoxville, TN seeks a detail-oriented Mitigation Team Coordinator to streamline scheduling, data integrity, and billing support for the Mitigation Department. This role keeps operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage daily crew schedules, maintain project records across PSA, Concur and Xactanalysis, and liaise with adjusters, customers, and internal teams while strengthening financial controls.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with PSA, Concur, Xactanalysis, or similar PM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage daily mitigation crew schedules and allocate equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date project records across PSA, Concur, and Xactanalysis.
• Serve as liaison between the Mitigation Team, adjusters, TPAs, and customers.
• Track invoices, review docs for accuracy, and support billing processes.
• Assist Mitigation Project Managers and Technicians with administrative logistics.
• Identify and solve scheduling conflicts and data discrepancies.

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mitigation Team Coordinator to provide essential operational support to our Mitigation Department. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate scheduling, data integrity, dispatching efficiency, and financial stewardship across all mitigation projects. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatch: Create and manage the daily schedule for mitigation crews, ensuring jobs are assigned appropriately and equipment is allocated correctly.
• Data Accuracy & Recordkeeping: Maintain up-to-date electronic project records across platforms such as PSA, Xactanalysis, and Concur. Ensure accurate tracking of job progress, photo uploads, and file documentation.
• Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the Mitigation Team and external partners (e.g., adjusters, TPAs), as well as internal stakeholders and customers. Ensure messages and updates are communicated clearly and promptly.
• Financial Stewardship: Track job invoices, review documentation for accuracy, submit payments for approval, and support the department’s billing processes.
• Team Support: Assist Mitigation Project Managers and Technicians by handling administrative logistics and removing roadblocks so the team can focus on field execution.
• Problem Solving: Use investigative thinking to solve scheduling conflicts, missing data, and system discrepancies—even when information is incomplete.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience:
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or coordination roles preferred
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in business systems such as PSA, Concur, Xactanalysis, or similar project management platforms
• Strong Microsoft Office and file organization skills
