The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Administrative Support is responsible for a variety of office support in personnel management, resource management, and administrative duties for the department. This position has three levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between levels is based on the ability to handle more complex assignments.
SCF programs serve primarily Alaska Native people affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF’s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness.
Under P.L. 93‑638, the company pursues Native preference in hiring. SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.
