Responsibilities

  • Assemble and audit route paperwork for the next day.
  • Answer inbound phone calls.
  • Ability to handle customer issues.
  • Contact vendors on inbound damage or replacement orders.
  • Respond to email in a timely manner.
  • Address pending orders.
  • File paperwork.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Act professionally and appropriately.
  • Assist in processing inbound delivery teams.
  • Monitor delivery routes during your shift.
  • Call drivers hourly to address issues as needed.
  • Call customers for feedback on delivery experience.
  • Assist in completing POD packets available at the warehouse.
  • Responsible for nightly closing reports.
  • Work without direct supervision with a professional demeanor.
  • Process daily working orders and update status with Logistics Coordinator.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers and delivery teams.
  • Print Pull Sheet and mark Live Daily in warehouse.
  • Submit requested EPODs.
  • File all documents as needed.
  • Accountable and reliable.
  • Communicate with builders, contractors, and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process and prepare freight for shipments/returns to vendors (RTVs).
  • Assist with daily warehouse functions as needed.
  • Update inventory daily/weekly/monthly as required.
  • Route monitor and remotely assist teams as needed.
  • Update orders for billing as needed.
  • Answer inbound calls as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Administrative Support I will provide administrative support to all managers. These responsibilities may include route monitoring, clerical duties, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting in driver training and onboarding documents for inexperienced drivers. Qualified candidates will have a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

Essential Job Functions
  • Assemble and audit route paperwork for the next day
  • Answer inbound phone calls
  • Ability to handle customer issues
  • Contact vendors on inbound damage or replacement orders
  • Respond to email in a timely manner

  • Assist in the track route progress, as needed; call Drivers every hour to address issues as needed
  • Call customers to obtain their feedback regarding their delivery experience

  • Works well without direct supervision, professional demeanor, strong communication and customer service skills

  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, post high school education a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, etc.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask must be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Pass pre-employment background check
  • Maintain professional and safe work environment
