Job summary

State of Missouri's St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center – North seeks an organized administrative technician to support the Utilization Review Department. The role focuses on filing, data entry, document processing, and coordinating meetings to ensure timely access to appropriate patient care.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel, handling sensitive information with discretion daily.

Qualifications

Day Shift Days Off: Saturday/Sunday Work Area: Admin

St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center provides specialized care for clients diagnosed with mental illness. We are looking for a positive and energetic individual who has an interest in helping the Utilization Review Department ensure our clients get the appropriate care at the appropriate time to ensure the best health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ordering supplies for the department
• Printing, copying, and maintaining all necessary forms
• Sending, receiving and recording Important Medicare information and Notice of Discharge
• Entering print shop request
• Planning, scheduling and recording minutes of department meetings.
• Data entry of information into the department databases on excel

Eligibility

• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• No disciplinary action in last 12 months [current State of Missouri applicants]
