Surplus & Recycling is seeking a dependable, service-oriented professional to support our daily operations As our front desk Administrative Support Assistant, you will often be the very first person visitors, state partners, and stakeholders meet, speak with, or hear from. This position is with the Office of Administration, Division of General Services, supporting Surplus & Recycling. Our team maximizes state resources through the reuse, transfer, recycling, and public auction of excess state and federal property. The front desk connects every part of this mission—interacting daily with state agencies, eligible non-profit and municipal organizations, vendors, and members of the public.
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
