State of Missouri, Department of Social Services – Children’s Division, is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to provide clerical support to local staff and upper management in the Christian County Office. The role may involve supervising other clerical staff and assisting in forming efficient office processes.
Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of office support experience and a high school diploma or GED.
Job Location: Clerical position based in the Christian County Office/

Children’s Division is looking for candidates to fill the position of Administrative Support Assistant. The candidate selected will provide support to local office staff as well as upper management along with the potential of supervising other clerical staff.

The Department of Social Services – Children’s Division cares for at-risk children and families by providing family preservation and reunification services, investigating allegations of abuse and neglect, and conducting foster care and adoption case management.
One or more years of experience in office support work; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
(Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience at a rate of 30 earned credit hours for one year.)
