Provide comprehensive support to the Camino Partners team and affiliated non‑profit entities.
Report directly to the Executive Assistant to the Founder and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Manage and maintain contact records in the CRM system; ensure data hygiene, audit for duplicates, and research and tag new contacts for network activation.
Support a variety of ongoing administrative functions and manage ad‑hoc projects from conception through execution.
Lead end‑to‑end end‑of‑year gift project: source, assemble, and deliver gift packages.
Organize digital files (music, photos, etc.).
Provide comprehensive support to the Founder’s Executive team, including research, event coordination, and travel logistics.
Qualifications
Able to work 20 hours per week (flexible hours), with some in‑person work in Austin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn additional workflow platforms; experience with Asana is a plus.
Tech‑savvy and experienced in or willing to learn CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
Demonstrated project coordination skills, including planning, meeting deadlines, and responding to changing team needs.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Able to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
