This position is responsible for developing, integrating, and overseeing a variety of administrative operations and departmental functions to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and efficient department operations. The incumbent will provide direct administrative support to the Assistant Vice President of Ambulatory Services and serve as a key resource for management, physicians, residents, department chairs, and other departmental leadership. This position will be responsible for processing confidential paperwork and will provide coverage for the department managers in their absence.
BS Required 4-6 years' experience as an Administrative Supervisor Background and/or exposure in related fields (Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare, Retail/Hospitality Management, etc.) Preferred Microsoft Office. (i.e., Power Point, Excel, and Word) Ability to learn and operate Montefiore's systems such as Outlook and other clinical systems, etc. Must have strong time management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task is required. Must be customer service oriented Must be self-directed and can work autonomously. Annual Assessment - OHS
