Summary of Job Duties:An Administrative Specialist III plays a vital role in ensuring that administrative operations run smoothly, supporting organizational efficiency, and contributing to overall business success.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma plus 3 years of administrative experience required.
  • Valid AR Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Must have dependable transportation in good working condition.
  • Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to maintain security and confidentiality of documents.
  • Must be organized and able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Must be organized and be able to set priorities as necessary to complete daily pick up and deliveries.
  • Prefer EPIC, One Content experience, previous delivery experience.
