Job description

Position Description

Administrative Support will provide on-site Administrative Support at Quantico/Stafford, Virginia as follows:

** _ Responsibilities_**

  • Prepare, review, track and file official correspondence in support of ARCORSYSCOM.
  • Prepare official messages using AMHS in support of MARCORSYSCOM organizations.
  • Review Defense Travel System authorizations and vouchers upon submission by Government travelers from MARCORSYSCOM organizations.
  • Provide technical assistance to the user base.
  • Update and maintain personnel rosters monthly per organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings in support of PdM.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and presentation materials for each meeting attendee.
  • Upload documentation to the SharePoint portal.
  • Manage the organizational tracking database in support of PdM.
  • Submit morning reports via Marine-On-Line in support of PdM.
  • Inventory, stock, and organize office supplies monthly or as required.
  • Prepare new hire welcome aboard packages and process as new hires join the organization in support of PdM organizations for 5-10 new joins annually.
  • Develop and maintain email distribution lists via the Marine Corps global outlook mailbox daily and as required.
  • Forward all hands email distribution notifications in support of PdM within ten minutes in receipt of this task.
  • Prepare and maintain an organizational chart and table of organization, updated monthly or as required to include employee name competency, position assigned and line number and personnel rosters to include employee name, phone number, seat assignment, information technology asset identification, work phone number, core competency and other tailored information as required and ensure the information is current and accurate.
  • Other tasks as directed by assigned LFS Program Manager
