Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our internal team remotely. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment and enjoys helping operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments including HR, Recruiting, and Operations.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage virtual appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to routine inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and document collection for new hires.
  • Support virtual event planning and coordination.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) is a plus.
