This position provides administrative support to the WIC Nutrition Services Unit; this includes processing daily WIC formula orders from local WIC Programs. This position has daily contact with the public and local agencies communicating with internal and external customers. This position assists in resolving daily issues with formula orders and maintaining account and address lists related to formula orders. This position provides administrative assistance coordinating the breast pump and supply orders for all WIC local agencies. This position participates in the monthly phone, fax and mail duty for the branch, and other duties as assigned.
