Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of professional experience in higher education administration, student admissions, academic advising, enrollment services, or related field, or
Associate's Degree plus four (4) years of professional experience in higher education administration, student admissions, academic advising, enrollment services, or related field.
Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Reviews and processes official UAMS transcript requests and education verification requests.
Receives, opens, dates, and documents external transcripts for new and continuing UAMS students.
Evaluates the validity of official transcripts and enters required data into the GUS student information system.
Ensures accurate data entry and files/archives completed documents.
Provides regular updates and status reports to management as needed.
Provides general customer service support to in-person guests and visitors as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
