CC014270 Anesthesiology1. Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, department, or other group in an organization. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Reviews and answers correspondence.
2. Responsible for document preparation and information management. Maintains electronic documents/files, prepares reports, charts or graphs.
3. Assists in the collection of data by transferring/retrieving data from various formats, verifying data and performing regular backups. Assists with gathering and compiling information for the annual budget process.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.
