Job summary

Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in Phoenix seeks an Administrative Specialist to serve as first point of contact for public records requests. You will log requests, conduct related research, and communicate with requesters to clarify and finalize them.

You’ll work with attorneys, paralegals, and staff, using case management and public records databases, performing redaction, and supporting special projects. Hybrid schedule available.

Responsibilities

  • Log requests in the tracking system and verify information.
  • Conduct related research and clarify requests with the requester.
  • Identify files and records for public records requests.
  • Prepare and process specialized paperwork as directed.
  • Use case management and public records databases to look up and retrieve information.
  • Assist with special projects and photocopy/distribute records as needed.
  • Greet visitors and accept requests submitted in person.
