The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is looking for an administrative professional and/or recent graduate to fill an Administrative Support position in its Central Division Services team within the Treasury Service Division (TS). This position will provide general administrative support for the TS division staff and management. In this role you will support a division of 200+ staff members. TS serves as the Fiscal Agent for the US Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service supporting its Retail Program. Our division provides and supports various services for the issuing and redemption of US savings bonds and marketable securities.
High School diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary education with coursework in business or a related field preferred.
Experience: Direct work-related experience or equivalent combination of higher education and experience. ( Level I (1-3 years), Level II (3-5 years) & Level III (+ 5 years)
Experience in business operations or financial environment preferred:
* This position provides support for the Treasury fiscal agency functions, is risk rated MODERATE, and as such requires the incumbent be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident alien with at least three years of legal residency in any visa category.
* The full s alary range is $40,400-$50,559-$60,700 (Level I); $45,200-$56,513-$67,800 (Level II); $54,100 $67,650 $81,200 (Level III) The expected starting salary range is $45,000-$65,000. S alary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate , alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
