The Talent and Engagement (T&E) division at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is hiring a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator. The HR Coordinator position plays a vital role in providing functional support to the T&E team and contributing to the delivery of people focused solutions and services to Bank employees. This position requires strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills to deliver high-quality transactional support that enhances business value and fosters a positive, people-centered culture.
In this role, you will support programs across all HR disciplines as well as various enterprise-wide initiatives and projects. Responsibilities include processing confidential information and performing activities throughout the employee lifecycle—such as recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee engagement, and offboarding—as well as supporting HRIS/Workday transactions, serving as a Content Editor for the internal intranet, and coordinating engagement activities.
The full salary range is $47,200-$58,984-$70,800. The expected starting salary range is $53,000-$60,000. Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
