Administrative Specialist

Part-Time

CMI is expanding and we are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls
  • Maintain front office cleanliness and be the point of contact for all visitors
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, luncheons, events, for senior management and update CEO’s calendar
  • Negotiate with vendors, buy supplies, and manage stockroom
  • Maintain office cleaning schedule and equipment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
  • Prepare correspondence by issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of senior staff
  • Prepare memos, invoices, or other reports for staff
  • Support operations team by updating, maintaining, and proofreading proposals and client documents
  • Support HR, IT, accounting, and marketing in an administrative capacity
  • Pick up and deliver company packages to local distributer as needed
Qualifications and Experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience or degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Reliable, motivated, efficient, and friendly
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Highly skilled in proofreading and editing documents in Word and PDF formats
