Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Coordinate administrative support across multiple committees in the Office of Medical Education.
• Collect and track alumni teaching participation data for program evaluation.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training Alumni for teaching activities.
• Prepare and analyze annual alumni surveys and display teaching interests and mentorship availability.
• Prepare annual program outcome reports for Alumni Teaching and Academic Advising.
• Develop onboarding processes and materials for new advisors/coaches with leadership.
