Job summary

HDR in Irvine, CA is hiring an Administrative Project Coordinator to manage project documents, coordinate meetings, and ensure QA compliance. You will work with multiple project managers on diverse water-related projects within an employee-owned culture.

The role requires at least an Associate degree and 1+ year experience, proficiency in Word and Excel, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 1 years related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Type, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
  • Assist and help coordinate meetings and presentations
  • Schedule and moderate project reviews
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients
  • Work with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed
  • Assist with project guides, project invoices and expense reports as needed
  • Establish workshare agreements
  • Develop and issue sub agreements
  • Perform other duties as needed

In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we’ll count on you to:
