HDR is seeking a Water Project Coordinator to support Project Managers with administrative functions and cost development. You will assist with project controls, schedules, and documentation to help drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for a wide variety of specialized project-related administrative functions in support of our Project Managers.
  • Assist Project Managers with project cost development and approvals.
  • Analysis and reporting related to project control duties like cost estimation, earned value management, and schedules.
  • Develop and maintain project management plans, quality management plans, safety plans, and other guidance documents.
  • Organize and schedule meetings; manage project documents and filings; coordinate with leads on deliverables.

In the role of Water Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

  • Take responsibility for a wide variety of specialized project-related administrative functions in support of our Project Managers and business group leadership.
  • Assist Project Managers with project cost development and approvals.
  • Analysis and reporting associated with various project control job duties such as agreements, cost control, cost estimation, earned value management (EVM), projections variance analysis, schedules, workload staffing, and technical project reviews.
  • Assist Project Managers and task leaders with the development and maintenance of project management plans, quality management plans, safety plans, internal schedules, and other project guidance documents.
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management.
  • Development of contracts and subcontracts.Coordinating reviews and signatures.
  • Order and monitor insurance certificates.
  • Create and manage project documents and files.
  • Schedule and participate in Project Reviews.
  • Word, processing, editing, formatting and proofreading of technical deliverables and project change orders or letter proposals.
  • Work with HDR task leads and team members to organize and track internal HDR deliverables including reminders and coordination with leads on schedule tracking.
  • Organize and schedule meetings.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
