Job summary

HDR, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator to support project documentation, meetings, and client interactions. You will organize files, monitor insurance certificates, and ensure quality guidelines are followed across project deliverables.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong Word/Excel skills and a collaborative, employee-owned mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Type, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence.
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files.
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates.
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management.
  • Assist and help coordinate meetings and presentations.
  • Schedule and moderate project reviews.
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients.
  • Work with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed.
  • Assist with project guides, project invoices and expense reports as needed.
  • Establish workshare agreements.
  • Develop and issue sub agreements.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

The expected compensation range for this position is $54,000 - $80,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
