HDR is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support water-focused project teams in California. You will organize documentation, manage data, coordinate meetings, and assist with reports, contracts, and invoicing while maintaining HDR’s project management standards.
The role requires an Associate degree, at least 3 years of related experience, and proficiency with Word/Excel and SharePoint; experience with Oracle and Pronto is a plus.

We seek a Senior Project Coordinator to support project teams in delivering water‑oriented planning, engineering, and science projects for important water agencies in California. The role requires service orientation, organization, and proactivity to meet deadlines, deliver reports and designs, complete administrative tasks, and maintain compliance with HDR project management guidelines.
The expected compensation range for this position is $28.25–$45.85 hourly, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
