Job summary

HDR in Texas is seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator to support project documentation, organization, and coordination across teams. The role emphasizes accurate document handling, meeting support, and professional client interactions.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of related experience and strong Word/Excel skills, with a Bachelor's or Associate degree. This is a full-time on-site position based in Round Rock with other Texas locations.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a closely related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must actively participate in our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

  • Type, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence.
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files.
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates.
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management.
  • Assist with and help coordinate meetings and presentations.
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients.
  • Work with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed.
  • Assist with project guides, project reviews, project invoices and expense reports as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
