Responsibilities

  • Assist APO III and OIG/OBI staff with administrative duties
  • OIG/OBI fleet keys/COMDATA cards and schedule maintenance
  • OIG/OBI asset coordinator for OKC, Tulsa, and other OIG locations
  • OBI lead calendar
  • RMU fraud referrals
  • RMU warning letters
  • Office (OBI and Live Scan) sign-in sheets
  • Office supplies
  • Print shop orders (envelopes)
  • Org charts
  • Onboarding/offboarding/personnel changes for OIG/OBI
  • Legislative bill reviews for OIG/OBI
  • Phone roster maintenance
  • Backup any APO III duties as required

Education

Bachelor's degree and 1 year of professional or technical administrative experience in business or public administration
Equivalent combination of education and experience (substituting 1 year of qualifying experience for each year of education)
