Job summary

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services seeks an Administrative Programs Officer to support APO III and OIG/OBI staff with a range of administrative tasks in the Oklahoma City area. This role requires meticulous oversight of fleet keys, COMDATA cards, calendars, asset coordination, and onboarding/offboarding for OIG/OBI teams.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant administrative experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and one year of professional or technical administrative experience in business or public administration;
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
  • Technical administrative experience includes highly complex clerical work under the direct supervision of a professional supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist APO III and OIG/OBI staff with administrative duties
  • OIG/OBI fleet keys/COMDATA cards and schedule maintenance
  • OIG/OBI asset coordinator for OKC, Tulsa, and other OIG locations
  • OBI lead calendar
  • RMU fraud referrals
  • RMU warning letters
  • Office (OBI and Live Scan) sign-in sheets
  • Office supplies
  • Print shop orders (envelopes)
  • Org charts
  • Onboarding/offboarding/personnel changes for OIG/OBI
  • Legislative bill reviews for OIG/OBI
  • Phone roster maintenance
  • Backup any APO III duties as required

This position can be located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Administrative Programs Officer, Level I- E12A

Annual salary: $43,070.00 + Full state benefits

Job-related travel is Occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license.

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and one (1) year of professional or technical administrative* experience in business or public administration;

OR

an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
