Warren Woods Middle School in Warren, MI is seeking an Administrative Professional Assistant to the Assistant Principal. The role supports students, staff, parents, and visitors, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring smooth school office operations.
This position requires proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel emphasis) and experience with student information systems; you will manage attendance records, schedules, and routine correspondence.
Serve as the confidential administrative assistant to the Assistant Principal while providing professional, courteous, and efficient support to students, staff, parents, and visitors. Act as a primary point of contact and help ensure the smooth operation of the school office.
Proficient in use of a personal computer and related software. Ability to communicate clearly & concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to develop effective working relationships with students, staff and the school community. Stamina to withstand the rigor of a busy school office. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to write, correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrators, staff, parents and students.
