Job summary

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As an administrative professional, you will put your strong communication and customer service skills to great use by supporting DERR’s remedial and environmental cleanup programs, including the Voluntary Action Program (VAP), enforcement, remediation, brownfields, and engineering and risk assessment.You will prepare correspondence, reports, and public notices for formal agency actions, and handle project fee collection and processing while coordinating project closure documents with technical and legal staff.

You are going to research, compile, and organize information to support the division’s decision-making, and you’ll manage public records requests, scan and archive documents, maintain files, and support records retention activities.

Your solid organizational abilities and attention-to-detail will help you assist staff with administrative tasks like database research and referencing, stakeholder communication, mail distribution, and inventory management.
