Northbridge Community Church is seeking an Administrative Pastor to provide organizational leadership across ministries, operations, and resources aligned with the church’s mission. You will supervise staff, coordinate policies, and support volunteers while engaging in pastoral care as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration, spiritual maturity, and effective communication within a multi-service church environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in ministry, theology, or leadership.
• At least 5 years of experience in church administration, operations, or organizational leadership.
• Experience with multiple weekend services and church environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee church administrative systems, processes, and communications.
• Supervise administrative, facilities, and support staff; foster collaborative culture.
• Support ministry leaders with volunteer onboarding, training, and program evaluation.
• Assist with pastoral services, care, prayer, and shepherding as needed.
