Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of support services principles and practices for a comprehensive operation.
• Progressively responsible experience in administrative management similar to next lower pay level.
• Knowledge of military administrative management policy and procedures.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely; strong reporting and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and controls activities within the Administration and Operations Branch and manages databases for evaluation reporting.
• Provides supervisory support and essential admin/office services for a large directorate.
• Handles records management, personnel security, classified information and purchases as needed.
• Maintains personnel security, tracking of government purchases, and general admin functions.
• Produces correspondence, briefs, special projects, reports, and internal control actions.
