  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper files.
  • Enter, retrieve, and verify information in various computer systems.
  • Assist with tracking production or operational information as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Learn and follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Provide support in the production area when needed.
  • Be willing to flex between administrative and production responsibilities based on business needs

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative & Operations Assistant to join the team of a fast-growing global pharmaceutical company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of products supporting human health, animal health, and nutrition.

A two-year or four-year degree is preferred, making this a particularly good opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to transition into a career within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, quality, manufacturing, or operations.

Position Overview

The Administrative & Operations Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the site. This position will assist with reports, filing, data entry, recordkeeping, and other administrative functions while also providing support in the production area when needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working with computers and data, learns new systems quickly, pays close attention to detail, and is willing to step into a production environment when business needs require it.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the production area when needed
