Job description

OFFICE:

REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER - BATANGAS, REGION IV-A

SALARY:

Php 24,381.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
  1. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of programs, services, and activities related to Human Resource Management (30%)
  2. Maintain the filing system and records management of the center in accordance with TESDA Quality Management Systems (25%)
  3. Operate the computer in encoding and printing data from source documents (20%)
  4. Design programs and projects in all areas of human resource development (15%)
  5. Perform other related functions (10%)
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
  • Experience: 1 year relevant experience
  • Training: 4 hours of relevant trainings
  • Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
  • Good moral character and work ethics
  • Can work under pressure

    - Clients (if applicable)
  • Photocopy of National Certificate (NC) II;
  • Photocopy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Photocopy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
