The Administrative Officer 2 will serve as the Personnel Liaison between the Natural Resources Division and Human Resources, coordinating payroll, recruitment, onboarding, leave, training, performance evaluations, labor and discipline matters, and other personnel-related activities. The position will provide guidance and administrative support to Division management and employees while ensuring personnel actions and documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant with County policies and procedures. The position will also provide general administrative support, including preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining records and trackers, monitoring deadlines, coordinating meetings, and assisting with budget and operational activities. The position will also assist with special projects and other administrative functions to support the efficient operation of the Natural Resources Division.
