Bone Dry Roofing seeks an Administrative Navigator to join our Lafayette, IN team. The role focuses on coordinating proposals, scheduling production, and maintaining clear communication with customers while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Call center experience with telephone systems and technology.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially CRM software, and strong typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing signed proposals efficiently and accurately.
• Scheduling production appointments daily to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Managing production reports and communicating with all customers every 3 weeks until projects are completed.
• Handling accurate data entry and filing to keep documentation organized.
• Distributing Work Orders promptly to each division.
• Supporting other team members through a teamwork-oriented approach.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability.
• Occasional weekends may be required.

Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc. with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.

This position requires working onsite at our office. This is not a remote position.
