Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our field-based team serving homeowners in the Nashville area. You will conduct roof inspections, present tailored solutions, and guide customers through the sales process with integrity and professionalism.

We offer training pay and a commission-based earning potential of $50,000–$80,000, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, PTO, holidays, and a company truck with fuel.

Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
