Job summary

Vosper Thornycroft Group is seeking an Administrative and Graphics Specialist to support our customer in the United States. The role focuses on direct PM assistance, file maintenance, travel coordination, and the development of graphic presentations to improve contract deliverables.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and active security clearances (Secret, with eligibility for Top Secret).

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience required.
• Must hold and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Eligible for a Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directly supports PM by maintaining files, preparing correspondence, scheduling and coordinating travel.
• Assists in preparing presentation graphics and supports development of contract deliverables by updating graphic presentations.
• Responsible for integrating graphics generated with automated tools and deliverable documents.
• Supports an organization or department by performing administrative services.
• Assists management with tracking and compiling information.
• Prepares various reports detailing administrative information handled by the position.
• Reads and answers correspondence.
• May handle confidential information.
