In this role, you will create impactful therapy programs, mentor Behavior Technicians, collaborate with other specialists, and manage your caseload.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and support Behavior Technicians through clinical supervision and constructive feedback in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
  • Foster positive relationships between staff and the families we serve.
  • Serve as a primary contact for families, addressing questions about progress, challenges, and interventions.
  • Provide valuable consultation to families on their child\'s goals.
  • Collaborate with schools and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date client programs, conduct data analysis and assessments, and implement programmatic adjustments.
  • Conduct initial assessments for new clients and ongoing assessments for current clients.
  • Create and refine individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Perform functional analyses and FBAs (functional behavior assessments).
  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions when needed.
  • Deliver supervision in line with BACB guidelines, including meticulous record-keeping for supervisees.
  • Generate regular progress summary reports and outline future goals.
  • Provide regular verbal feedback and document competency observations/training for Behavior Technicians each month.
  • Participate in meetings to contribute to the team\'s success.
  • Maintain client records in full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Uphold professional standards in accordance with BACB ethical guidelines.
  • Engage in ongoing training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Complete accurate and timely session summaries reflecting client progress.
  • Provide expert behavior analytic consultation to schools and other private institutions as assigned.
  • Prioritize and deliver high-quality client services, including protocol adjustments, caregiver training, and thorough assessment and treatment planning.
Qualifications
  • The ability to work in person across in-home, clinic, school, and community settings.
  • Flexible schedule to meet diverse needs of the clinic and clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with computer skills and software, including Google Workspace and Central Reach.
  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
  • Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and abuse/neglect registry check.
  • Clear MVR background check (as required by the position).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and QBS training certifications (training will be provided).
Education & Experience
  • A Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field (required).
  • Active BCBA certification and license (required).
  • One or more years of experience as a BCBA (preferred).
  • One or more years of experience in the field of ABA (preferred).

This position is physically demanding and requires working in environments that require physical agility and strength. Qualified candidates must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations, including:

  • Bending, kneeling, squatting, and crouching
  • Sitting, walking, and running (ability to move quickly from seated to standing)
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasional assistance with client movement
  • Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to see, hear, and speak
  • Ability to respond safely to physical aggression and ensure safety of self and client
  • Ability to learn, demonstrate, and explain moderately complex physical skills
  • Ability to assist clients with hygiene and bathroom needs for all genders
  • Ability to work in various locations including clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings
