Job Title: Customer Sales Advisor, Puerto Rico

Reporting To: Customer Development Manager

Location: Remote (based in Puerto Rico)

From your PASSION to ours

As a Customer Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include supporting sales efforts with assigned customers to drive growth, revenue, and profitability. You will leverage customer-specific programs and provide category management expertise to optimize product assortments and maximize sales opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals is essential.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze syndicated data, household panel data, and customer-specific insights (Circana/Nielsen, Reesa, PMR) to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop customer programs in collaboration with Category Leadership and distributors to drive incremental sales, increase distribution, and expand share of shelf with retailers.
  • Develop and execute in-store marketing programs, point-of-sale materials, and merchandising initiatives to enhance shopper experience and conversion.
  • Coordinate all in-store execution efforts and recommend adjustments to ensure activation plans are delivered on time, on budget, and effectively.
  • Manage third-party vendors (POS material suppliers, etc.) to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of sales strategies.
  • Perform regular trade visits to identify opportunities and provide solutions to drive incremental sales.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with analysts and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
  • Contribute input for sales forecast meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Major in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance preferred.

From your EXPERIENCE to ours

  • 4+ years in account management, distributor management, or retail sales management within a CPG company.
