Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for office operations, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating vendors, and supporting general office needs.
  • Prepare for and support meetings, including scheduling, room setup, materials preparation, and follow-up as needed.
  • Support payroll processes by checking payroll for accuracy and timeliness, maintaining proper documentation and document control, tracking hours, and preparing related payroll reports.
  • Support accounts payable functions by reviewing invoices, submitting them for processing, serving as a point of contact for vendors and suppliers, and helping ensure the accuracy of invoices and payments.
  • Support document workflows (e.g., submittals, revisions, tracking, uploads, naming conventions) as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, but not as a primary focus.
  • Collaborate with team members on key initiatives and provide administrative support for ongoing projects.
  • Provide support for additional administrative and office-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role provides administrative and project support to active construction jobs and internal teams. The Administrative Coordinator will manage multiple priorities simultaneously, support document workflows, and handle general administrative tasks.

District Overview

The Kiewit Foundations Co. team self performs complex geotechnical projects across North America. We deliver creative, cost-efficient solutions that are responsive to each project’s specific site conditions. We utilize value engineering and constructability reviews, and our depth of expertise to offer constructible solutions that optimize budget and schedule. We perform these operations with our fleet of specialty equipment and the management resources of one of the top builders in the country.

Location

This position will be based on-site at our project in Point Pleasant, WV.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.
  • Positive, proactive team player with an interest in supporting team connectivity and overall office effectiveness.
