Operation Blessing (OB) is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide the organizational, administrative, and operational support that keeps our Church Engagement and related ministry activities moving forward. In this role, you’ll help coordinate communications, schedules, CRM activities, reports, materials, events, volunteers, and follow-up while working with teams across Church Engagement, Volunteer Engagement, Global Disaster Response, and Major Donor initiatives. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB’s Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ’s name to meet physical and spiritual needs.
The salary range for this position is $44,000-$46,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.
