The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is seeking an administrative professional to serve as timekeeper, staff specialist for voucher processing, and liaison for the Right of Way Section at Headquarters. This is an administrative role that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and strong analytical and documentation skills. This position serves as the timekeeper, staff specialist for voucher processing, Loss Prevention and Safety Liaison, and Telecommunication Liaison for the Right of Way Section at Headquarters.
The position is located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Section 23, and reports to Right of Way Manager.

Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Appointment Type: This position may be filled as either a probational appointment (open to all qualified applicants); a promotion (open to all statewide classified and Agency-wide permanent status employees); or by detail to special duty.
Compensation: Additional compensation may be considered impart with extraordinary qualifications in accordance with State Civil Service Rules and DOTD policy.
