Presents an inviting reception area; serves office by greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors and residents appropriately; notifies staff of visitor's arrivals; provides visitors and residents with necessary forms, information, and documentation; retrieves and oversees the mail process for University residents and Department; oversees front office student workers and creates their schedules; updates and maintains records.
