Southeastern Louisiana University's Division of Auxiliary Services invites applications for the position of Administrative Assistant 3. Auxiliary Services offers a variety of helpful services to students, faculty and staff. It’s comprised of eight departments that extend the learning environment beyond the classroom and enhance the quality of campus life.
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Assistant Director of Auxiliary Services and professional staff within the Office of Auxiliary Services. Oversees daily office operations and administrative workflows to maintain operational efficiency across the department.
Current Salary: $13.77/per hour
No Civil Service test score is required in order to be considered for this vacancy. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to be certified through the Southern Defensive Driving Course.
Two years of experience in administrative services.
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. Any college hours or degree must be from a school accredited by one of the following regional accrediting bodies: the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, the Higher Learning Commission, the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
