The University of Rhode Island Foundation (URIF) seeks a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to serve as Administrative Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Foundation Initiatives, this position plays a critical role in supporting the day-to‑day executive operations of the Foundation and providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. The Administrative Coordinator manages the administrative and operational affairs associated with the executive office, ensuring the efficient coordination of priorities, schedules, meetings, communications, and special projects. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, sound judgment, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executive leadership while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Coordinator serves as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders and contributes to the overall effectiveness and success of the Foundation’s executive operations.
$55,000 based on experience.
