The Department of Clinical Pharmacy & Outcome Sciences in the College of Pharmacy is seeking to hire an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative services for the Department of Clinical Pharmacy & Outcomes Sciences by serving as the operational hub for department activities. The Coordinator serves as the primary administrative liaison among the department, college, university, affiliated health systems, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and efficient operations. The Coordinator supports the Department Chair, faculty, staff, students, trainees, and affiliated personnel through coordination of faculty affairs, financial operations, research administration, academic programs, communications, and strategic initiatives that advance the department's missions in education, research, clinical practice, and service. The Coordinator exercises independent judgment in coordinating complex administrative processes, managing confidential information, and ensuring the timely execution of department priorities.
