Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support that helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Coastal Fire & Integration office. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls while providing support to the Service Coordinators, assisting with Accounts Receivable backup, maintaining office organization, and performing a variety of administrative responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
