Bloom Therapy Center is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to support front and back-end operations, including scheduling clients, billing, and staff coordination. The role may start in the Greenville office with a transition to Piedmont, and involves driving to Simpsonville and Pickens County locations as needed.
Reports to the Administrative Director, with duties covering client inquiries, insurance checks, and maintaining a positive staff and client experience.
Position Overview: Bloom Therapy Center is seeking a full-time administrative coordinator at 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (further schedule details to be discussed). This job may require an initial start in our Greenville office with a transition to the Piedmont address. The address is 15 minutes from down town Greenville. This position entails supporting the front and back end of our practice, including scheduling clients, billing, office upkeep, staff support, and managing the creation and implementation of a successful staff and client experience.
