Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support weekly sale day operations and vehicle sale preparation.
• Enter and maintain accurate vehicle, pricing, and inventory information in company systems.
• Review and verify vehicle files, sale eligibility, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with the Title Department to ensure titles and required paperwork are received and processed timely.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve inventory issues, and reconcile sale information.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding sale schedules and vehicle status.
• Collaborate with Accounting on balancing sales and post-sale invoicing activities.
• Provide administrative and clerical support, including special projects and reporting as needed.
• Assist in maintaining efficient workflows that support a successful auction experience.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Work Environment for Administrative Coordinator

This position involves both office and operational auction environments. Team members may work indoors and outdoors and should be comfortable with changing temperatures, weather conditions, elevated noise levels, and occasional vehicle exhaust exposure.
