The Administrative Coordinator works closely with the Department Administrator, Faculty, and the Administrative Services Manager to accomplish project goals. Under the direction from the Administrative Services Manager, the Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and office support. The duties include but not limited to purchasing, payroll, staffing, and travel. The Administrative Coordinator must exude professionalism and have knowledge of general business, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and exhibit strong oral and written communication skills. This position requires a highly organized, reliable individual who possesses a very strong work ethic and ability to complete tasks independently in a timely professional manner.
