As an Administrative Coordinator at Extivita, you will create an organized, welcoming, and responsive experience for patients, visitors, and team members.
You will support front desk operations, scheduling, patient registration, communication, documentation, payment processing, and clinic workflow. As trained and assigned, you may also support approved clinical functions under qualified supervision. This entry-level role requires reliability, discretion, sound judgment, coachability, and clear communication.

Extivita-RTP operates one of the largest private hyperbaric oxygen therapy centers in the United States. Located in Durham, North Carolina, our outpatient clinic provides Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Nutritional IV Therapy, Neurofeedback Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and other science-based integrative therapies.
